MoonLite — Community Guidelines
These Guidelines summarize, in plain language, the conduct rules that the Terms of Service (especially Section 7, "Acceptable use") makes binding. If these Guidelines and the Terms conflict, the Terms control. Version: 2026-07-11 · Date: 11 July 2026
MoonLite is a shared stage: one world, real people, side by side. These rules exist so that it stays worth visiting.
The short version
Make things. Be decent. Don't wreck it for others.
1. Respect people
- No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats. Disagreeing is fine; degrading people is not.
- No sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, immediate termination, reported to authorities.
- No doxxing: never publish someone's private information (real name, address, contacts) without consent.
- Don't impersonate other people, staff, or accounts.
2. Respect the space
- No spamming — chat floods, reaction floods, or content floods.
- No sexually explicit, shock, or gratuitously violent content in shared spaces (avatars, skins, writing, music, room names).
- Keep the world playable: no intentional disruption of shows, watch parties, games, or performances.
3. Respect the work
- Share only what you have the right to share. Music in MoonLite is made in the app; don't recreate or import other people's copyrighted work and present it as shareable.
- Don't plagiarize written works. Bylines and pen names are for your own writing.
- Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy; repeat infringers lose their accounts.
4. Respect the system
- No cheating, exploiting, botting, scraping, or attacking the Service (see Terms §7).
- No evading bans, rate limits, or age requirements.
- Found a security hole? Don't use it — report it to legal@lectorinteractive.com and we will be grateful.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report content or behavior with the in-app Report feature or a support ticket. Depending on severity and history, enforcement ranges from content removal and warnings (strikes) to temporary suspension and permanent termination. Child-safety violations and credible threats are reported to authorities. You can appeal a decision via support@lectorinteractive.com.
6. Age
You must be 13 or older (higher where your law requires — e.g. up to 16 in parts of the EU). Minors need a parent/guardian's involvement and consent. See Terms §3.
